Solution:
In my
opinion, the purpose of formal writing is to convey information, ideas, or
arguments in a clear, precise, organized, and credible manner. It is primarily
used in professional, academic, and formal settings where the effective and
accurate communication of information is crucial. By employing the appropriate
tone, structure, and conventions, formal writing enables effective
communication and facilitates the exchange of knowledge and ideas.
Formal
writing aims to convey information or ideas clearly and precisely. It uses a
standardized language and follows established conventions of grammar,
punctuation, and sentence structure. to ensures that the message is
communicated effectively and accurately to the intended audience.
Its
