It does not adequately account for factors such as thoughts, emotions, motivations, and subjective experiences, which play a crucial role in understanding human behaviour.

 

·       Ignores individual differences:

Behaviourism tends to generalize principles across individuals and overlooks the uniqueness of each person. It fails to acknowledge that individuals possess different cognitive abilities, personalities, and cultural backgrounds, which can significantly influence behaviour.
